Indie Playlist Mondays
Every week, we’ll share ten new tracks and videos that make us say yay!
Allow us to complement your growing indie playlist with some of the sweetest tunes.
We don’t rate with numbers because everything is cat-approved.
01. The Paellas – Following
Roddy: Not much is known of The Paellas aside that they are from Osaka, Japan and they know how to Lo-Fi — Do You Lo-Fi?
02. Walter Sobcek – Hollywood Cries
Roddy: A beautifully layered track from Mr. Sobcek. Electro-pop done very well.
03. KICKo – Who Is It (Dub Mix)
Roddy: This track plays like a prelude to Summer, that tropic-vibe with electro-cool.
04. Disclosure – Boiling ft. Sinead Harnett
Roddy: Sweetest Drip fave chillbros, Disclosure, come’s thru with a gorgeously crafted track and the sweetest vocals by Sinead make it très trill. Don’t forget to check out Reuel’s feature to get that Sweetest tip.
05. Denzel Curry – BLVCKLVND GODDESS
(prod. Contact Lens)
Reuel: Contact Lens serves up a suave beat to complement Denzel Curry’s flow. Def. a track that’s strictly 4 my readerz.
06. Voxels – Nasty
Reuel: Thiq beats and trippy visuals. Recommended for those on the never-ending quest to find their true vogue.
07. Breakbot – Programme
Reuel: Breakbot’s first album is due later this year. All da cool cats are excited and so am I!
08. Thundercat – Walkin’
Reuel: Thundercat keepin’ it over 9000.
